I don’t usually make chia pudding, but when I do, it’s DELICIOUS! I call this masterpiece Pumpkin Pie Chia & Hemp Pudding! 😍

Pumpkin Pie Chia & Hemp Pudding

This easy recipe can be a grab and go breakfast or even a dessert for dinner guests!
Recipe type: Breakfast
Serves: 3
  • 1 can pumpkin pie mix (or plain pumpkin with 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice)
  • ⅔ c. Chia seeds
  • ⅓ c. Hemp hearts (or another ⅓ c chia seeds)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 c milk of choice (I used raw grass fed milk but you can use unsweetened almond, coconut, or cashew)
  1. Put everything in a bowl
  2. Whisk
  3. Evenly distribute to 3 small glass containers
  4. Let sit 10 mins
  5. Cover and put in the fridge

Bam! Enjoy.
