The last four months have been a whirlwind! I gave birth to my third baby, started the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program through the NTA, traveled to Connecticut for the first workshop weekend in the NTP program, created this new website, and now I'm planning my first workshop while getting ready to go back to work in a few weeks. Not to mention coordinating all of the holiday activities for my family of five. I've been a busy momma!
Next week, on January 14th, I'll be hosting my first nutrition workshop focused on the whys and hows of transitioning to a nutrient-dense whole food diet. The workshop is for everyone, I plan to talk about how to make this lifestyle stick for adults, parents and kids.
We will not be diving too deep into the science, as it is only one hour long, but the content will be rich enough to give you confidence that a diet lifestyle change is the right decision for a healthy New Year. I consider this a "mini workshop" as it will be an introduction on how to select proper foods, how to prepare food and tips and tools to make the transition a success.
Included in the workshop will be the following tools to get you started on your health journey:
Healthy Food Worksheet for you and/or your kids to help identify the healthy foods you like now and then build on the list as you get comfortable with trying new healthy foods.
Food Swap List so you are not left guessing what to eat now.
Grocery Shopping List to go with your...
7 Day Meal Plan!
