Wild Caught Shrimp Citrus Salad

The best kind of recipes are simple, easy and taste delicious – duh. I owe this one to my sister who passed it along to me. Thanks sista!

Wild Caught Shrimp Citrus Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 lb wild caught cooked shrimp, defrosted, rinsed and drained (like this one)
1/2 a small yellow or red onion finely chopped
3 TBS fresh cilantro, chopped
3 TBS fresh lemon juice
3 TBS fresh lime juice
Your favorite hot sauce (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix it up.
  3. Chill it (for at least an hour).
  4. Eat it.

Serve on top of a bed of fresh leafy greens, eat as a snack or as an entire meal.
