Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy Services are tailored to meet your individual needs. Start with a FREE 15-minute consultation. Next, your 1-on-1 consultation packages begin with an incredibly thorough initial interview and nutritional assessment questionnaire (NAQ). At the second meting we review the findings and provide your personalized recommendations including diet, movement, sleep, and lifestyle changes. From there you choose the duration you wish to stay engaged – 4, 6, or 10 follow-up consultations. Read more about the 4-step process on the FAQ page.
Packages start at $298 for 2 months of care (up to 6 1-on-1 meetings!).

Looking to host a nutrition workshop at your workplace, church, school or other group? Topics include Ancestral Health Foundations (a 5-part series), How to Transition to a Whole Food Diet, Ancestral Nutrition for Kids, Nutrition and Mental Health, Cooking Demos, and much more.
