After my summer of fun, food & wine filled weekends I was looking to get back on track with some healthy eating habits and decided to jump in with the restart program. I just needed a few good solid weeks to “RESTART” and get back on track and this program really did the trick. It was a really positive experience for me and I learned an entirely new way of looking at the foods I consume. The results were fabulous too!! My increased energy level, better sleeping patterns, and significant weight lose were just a few of the benefits I experienced. The best part though was the support I had through the entire process. Carolyn is so passionate about her work and helping others learn all the benefits of eating healthy that she was constantly available to me providing information and advice the entire time.
