As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Carolyn's passion is to educate others on the importance of a whole-food, ancestral diet to their overall health.

The 7 pillars of an Ancestral Approach are:

1. A Properly Prepared Whole Food Diet
2. Movement
3. Sleep
4. Optimal Body Function
5. Time in Nature
6. Non-Toxic Environment
7. Community – Connecting with your family and friends
